Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement. 3. Tottenham Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Tottenham location. A booking deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment and the security deposit are typically due at vehicle collection. All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Vehicle Collection and Return — Tottenham

• You must inspect the vehicle thoroughly at collection and report any existing damage to Tottenham immediately. A vehicle condition report will be prepared and signed by you and a Tottenham representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Violating these restrictions may result in immediate Tottenham rental termination and additional charges.

8. Tottenham Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Tottenham Vehicle Hire Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you have paid to Tottenham Vehicle Hire Services for the service that gave rise to the claim.

9. Tottenham Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law in respect of Tottenham. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
